Liv With Nature will ensure that perishable items are shipped fresh and in a time manner. Liv With Nature highly suggests that the customer tracks shipment to ensure prompt retrieval. Liv With Nature is not responsible for perishable items after items have been delivered. 

**ALL PERISHABLE ITEMS should be REFRIGERATED BEFORE and AFTER USE to achieve maximum freshness. PERISHABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: All-Natural Hair Care Collection (except the Hair Growth Oil)  With proper refrigeration, all products should last for at least 2 months.
